key features
RELIABILITY AND QUALITY of OUR HAMMER MILLS
- power from 18,5kW to 315kW
- high homogenisation of feedstock particles
- meets the latest safety requirements
- a complete aspiration and transport system
- convenient exchange of sieves
A very important advantage of our hammer mills is the minimum distance of the beaters from the sieve and the maximum use of the sieve’s working surface by eliminating the so-called “crystal of tears”.
A quick change in the rotor speed of the hammer mill, allows for maximum use of the device’s working time without the need to stop it to change used beaters.

PERFORMANCE FOR THE MOST POPULAR APPLICATIONS
Our mills are derived from models we’ve been designing since decades now and which we have implemented in various industry sectors.
They have exceptionally simple construction, using modernised components with higher durability.
NPT guarantees a very low level of vibrations, as well as very precise execution. All this thanks to of very detailed production processes.
We offer modern and high-performance hammer mills with a horizontal shaft, based on a reinforced structure that ensures stable operation without harmful vibrations.
The mills have double doors for easy replacement of sieves, hammers and breaker plate.
Depending on the raw material, they are equipped with components, that significantly increase work efficiency, with low power consumption.
SMALL CSALE
Our solutions for lower throughput capacities
Our low capacities hammer mills have been designed for processing of biomass pellets with a capacity between 0.5 t / h and 1.7 t / h.
Their advantage is their own raw material collecting system and transport capability of the shredded material to the pneumatic transport system.
